We strive to provide our customers with software solutions that meet their needs by continually supplying them with user-friendly software and flexible solutions that exceed expectations.Responsibilities: Create/modify and/or post recruiting ads Recruit top talent and achieve hiring goals Make outbound to calls to candidates for pre-screening and interview scheduling Maintain a close working relationship with the hiring managers, to ensure openings are filled, and the hiring goals of each department are achieved Perform background checks Maintain detailed and accurate recruiting records Conduct New Hire Orientation Coordinate with other departments to facilitate new hire setup Assist in record keeping and tracking of Employee Absences, Vacations, and Timesheets etc. Provide backup and cross-training assistance in Human Resources Perform other recruiting and hr duties as assigned Requirements: Proven work experiences in similar roles Excellent computer and phone skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Professional appearance Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure Must be dependable and punctual Must be available to work Monday andndash; Friday, 8:00 AM andndash; 5:00 PM Associates degree in business or related field and/or equivalent experience required
