We are the Marketing Planning and Programs team, and we play a key role in driving the business forward. We create the mobility marketing strategy to build consideration of TELUS, and proactively develop strategic programs to turn consideration into customers.

In this role, you will have direct impact driving the TELUS family strategy forward. You will play a central part in taking the TELUS Family Advantage platform to the next level by continuing to action and iterate on the 6P marketing strategy, working with cross-functional teams to implement multiple initiatives.
Implement improved mobility family experience across various touchpoints in the customer journey to drive incremental loading
Drive family mindset shift across the organization driving employee ambassadorship and integrating with existing systems and processes across various channels
Build and implement ‘on-the-line’ marketing campaigns from opportunity assessment to brief development to implementation, working closely with channel and digital teams
Track performance through delivery of program scorecards and campaign post mortems, identifying insights and actionable opportunities
Generate ongoing program ideas and complete assessment and analysis to uncover new opportunities and ensure priority and focus
Manage ongoing alignment of cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to the TELUS Family Advantage marketing plans, driving investment of budget and resources in successful 6P integrated marketing plan

Bachelor's degree or similar post-secondary degree
3-5 years’ of work experience in marketing and/or product management, preferably with recent experience in telecommunications or other technology company
Telecommunications/wireless acumen - the more you understand about our business, the better
Experience bringing various marketing programs and campaigns to market
