While working at DST Financial Services, you will help our clients discover opportunities in the complexities associated with mounting inflows of data, rapid technological advancements, shifting regulatory change, rising security risks and increasing demands from their customers. Your job is to help our clients discover opportunity through technology, strategic advisory and business improvement solutions. You will work with some of the worlds leading Alternative Asset Managers, Asset Management Service Companies, Banking Companies, Broker-Dealers, Distribution Companies, Insurance Companies and Retirement Companies. Everyday our global offices in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States work together to master the complexity of the financial industry to transform the most challenging tasks into opportunity and competitive advantage.
Brokerage Operations Specialists evaluate, verify, and process service requests from shareholders, third-party entities, institutions, broker/dealer operations, or client Fund/Stock groups. Associates research, resolve, and/or respond to such queries in either written or oral means. Associates work under direct supervision with established guidelines.
Accurately evaluate, verify, and process responses from fund sponsors and administrators to update brokerage records for clients
Handle outreach via email and phone to AI fund sponsors and administrators to obtain updated position balances and security pricing information, along with trade, transfer, dividends, and corporate actions activity.
Cross-train in different areas to expand knowledge base and skills and proactively provide assistance to other areas as needed
Recommend and initiate corrective action for exceptions processing and out-of-balance positions or securities by showcasing the ability to research efficiently and manage time
High school degree and one year customer service experience
One year financial based experience preferred
Must have a high attention to detail, with the ability to use multiple systems on dual monitors
Must have general working knowledge of Windows based systems and Microsoft office
Must type a minimum of 30 words per minute
