The main purpose of this position is to promote and sell/lease equipment of the full range of Videojet Industrial (Inkjet, TTO, Laser & LPA, etc) equipment to direct customers in Daejeon, Korea. And also managing customers.
· Drive sales of all Videojet equipment/consumables/Services including CIJ, LCM, TTO, Laser, LPA/LA at above market rates
· Maintain and grow sales within existing customers through regular calls and visits. Ensure all customer needs are being attended to actively.
· Active prospecting of new customers within territory, generate & follow up on new sales leads.
· Direct sales responsibilities for equipment sales and achieve direct sales targets to direct customers.
· Maintain and manage Customer Database (CRM) for territory assigned
· Prepare progress, funnel and forecast reports on a weekly basis for the Sales Manager
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
B achelor 's Degree. A technical or Engineering q ualification is desirable.
· Work experience
Must have 5-7 years of industrial equipment sales experience. Ideally in an industrial/manufacturing equipment sales environment.
Experience in sales of equipment.
Dealt with customers at all levels, particularly in manufacturing environments
Understands our customers, has sold into part of our customer base: Food, Beverage, Pharma, Household, Extrusion, Wire & Cable, Automotive etc.
· Skills required:
Selling skills : understands the sales process
Time/Project management, organization and planning
Monitoring and strong follow-up with customers
Comfortable with computers. Proficient in MS Office and good working knowledge of Excel.
Familiar with CRM / Sales Database and a “sales funnel”, preferably have experience with Salesforce
