Theideal candidate has a strong product and market background, strategicthinking and business savvy. This role also includes understanding anddisseminating practical knowledge on new technologies, products, andcapabilities to the practice and GTRI as a whole.This person is a team player, working to collaborate in managing a largeAWS-based Windows infrastructure including understanding set-up andautomation of AWS. The person who will succeed in this role is ameticulous, self-starting, customer-friendly personality who can work wellin a team atmosphere, and also has the ability to take projects and run withthem successfully.Essential Job Duties (including but not limited to): Manage set-up and automation of AWS Cloud solutions from end to end(focused on Windows infrastructure) Automation patching and managing tickets for our customers that can varywidely in nature Work with Senior Architect, DevOps, and Professional Services teamto design cloud architectures for complex, large-scale applications. Ensure cloud and application architectures are appropriate for cloudhosting and be the trusted advisor of the DevOps and cloud infrastructureteams Provide recommendations and proposals to client on solutions to improveservice levels and operational efficiencies Other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience:Required: Windows administration & automation (e.g. patching) Proficient with AWS console SQL DB Python Postgres Linux Excellent oral and writing skillsPreferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate) or AWS CertifiedDevOps Engineer or equivalent experience (EC2, IAM, S3...)
