Product Build Integration Specialist, for The Mark Travel Corporation, a division of LME. You are

responsible for the build, implementation and integration of all package product components in accordance with supplier contracts and each of the individual vacation brands marketing strategy. This will include locally built air inventory,

hotels, tours, attractions and transfers.

A successful Product Build Integration Specialist will:

  • Build and maintain new and existing vacation brand package types. Responsible for loading and maintaining origins and destinations. Place air, hotel, tour, attractions and transportation products up for sale in line with each brands unique vision.

  • Build and maintain tours, attractions and transfers to include rates, inventory and product content. Analyze supplier contracts and work directly with suppliers as needed.

  • Implement complex discounts and promotions for tours, attractions, transfers and more.

  • Build and maintain charter air flights. Accountable for regulating and maintaining airline operating schedules.

  • Be responsible for product integration. Correctly associate rules and functionality to accurately attach tours, attractions and transfer products to applicable hotel and or air product.

  • Place charter air, hotel, tours, attractions and transfers up for sale coordinating with brands to understand strategy and exceptions.

  • Conduct product up for sale testing of all air, hotel, feature components to ensure elements are functioning and integrated properly.

  • Be responsible for thorough investigation and resolution of product research inquiries received from the Research and Support Team or other internal teams.

  • Communicate information and state problems or challenges to be resolved in a clear, concise, courteous, nondiscriminatory and professional manner and be able to provide clarification if necessary.

  • The team member must be sufficiently adaptable to accept and perform in a timely and effective manner work assignments that are outside of the normal day-to-day routine.

This position is Mon-Fri with a first-shift schedule of 8:30am-5:00pm.


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or at least one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Travel industry knowledge or experience

  • Be adaptable to accept and perform in a timely and effective manner work assignments that are outside of the normal day-to-day routine

  • Be punctual and timely in meeting all of the requirements of performance, including but not limited to attendance standards and work deadlines; beginning and ending assignments on time
