PI Platform- Strategic Support Manager
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
This role reports directly to the PI Platform VP, Shared Services providing daily support of ongoing activities, while gaining broad exposure and a comprehensive understanding of the business, in order to make an impact as a valued business partner, offering additional insight to our business through industry research and opportunity assessments, along with assistance in capability delivery and operational decision-making.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– Strategic Leadership Briefs
– Preparation of Senior Leadership Materials
– Process Analysis & Engineering
– Management Information & Analysis
– Other duties as assigned.

The Personal Insurance (PI) Platform Office directly influences end-to-end execution, spanning strategic planning, capability investment delivery, and production operations.
Under limited supervision, the Strategic Support Manager role is directly engaged with how we collaborate, operate, and deliver value. Likely to be involved in a range of activities, such as strategic opportunity assessments, business research and analysis, strategic leadership briefs, business architecture, and other leadership assignments, this role is intended to attract and develop an individual who has proven success in a team environment, navigating across internal and external organizational boundaries, consistently applies analytical / critical thinking skills in both well-defined and loosely-defined scenarios, and regularly delivers high quality output, gaining exposure up to Personal Insurance and Platform Senior Leadership.
This role does not manage others.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge:

Five years of related work experience.
Bachelors or graduate degree preferred.
Three years of experience in Business Systems or equivalent required High school diploma or equivalent required.
