The Opportunity: Associate Consultant
The Consulting Division of DXC Technology is currently recruiting for entry-level roles as a Consulting Associate. In this position, you have the responsibility for supporting the delivery of technical and business solutions within a project setting. You will develop foundation-level skill sets in business process analysis, workshop techniques, and project documentation. From Consulting Associate, you may advance to a Technical Analyst or Business Analyst. You continue to develop expertise in program development and unit testing, while actively participating in the delivery of technical and business solutions. You are responsible for technical component delivery and play a more prominent role in developing business processes. In addition, you assume responsibility for testing the application code from a technical perspective to verify that programs follow standards and meet technical specifications.

Expectation for Travel: For the Consulting Division of DXC Technology, all roles require a commitment to 100% travel. This doesn't mean that a person will always be traveling for assignments, but new Consultants joining our team need to understand that they could be assigned to a travel role. The staffing process focuses on assigning people to local roles as a priority, however, if a Consultant is available and has the right skills for an assignment for another DXC Technology office across the United States, the Consultant may be staffed into that travel assignment. When this happens, they travel to the project location at the start of the week, return at the end of the work week and are home during the weekends.
Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field preferred * Zero or more years of relevant work experience * Experience working with business, management, and technology concepts * Experience with company's differentiation from competitors through business strategies, primary solutions and offerings and industry focus areas
Other Qualifications * Good research, analysis, and problem solving skills * Good communication skills * Ability to work as part of a team * Ability to adapt in a changing environment * Ability to produce work products under pressure and within deadlines * Willingness to travel
