Provide architectural vision to appropriately align IT to strategic business needs and goals.
Apply knowledge of the business operations, strategies, priorities and information requirements to establish the technical direction and an enterprise view.
Define enterprise level strategies and technical direction.
Define the system, technical, and application architectures.
Ensure best practices are adhered to leveraging automated tools to scan static code
Research, evaluate, and select from existing and emerging technologies that best fit business and IT strategic needs.
Manage multi-project management accountabilities in developing solutions in a collaborative environment.
Drive the logical architecture design for new or improved enterprise-wide technologies that are used across multiple areas of the business.
Architect current and future state solutions across multiple hardware/software computing environments and system components.
Plan and implement process re-engineering or process improvement.
Qualifications/Education: Advanced Degree preferred.
Experience in Travel Industry and/or High Volume Consumer Sites.
Experience in analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale enterprise systems.
Development experience with OO languages such as C#, .NET;
Experience designing and developing high volume and high performing SPA application integrating with a CMS solution and Enterprise API Services.
Must work well in a highly dynamic ambiguous environment.
Must be able to lead and take ownership of driving solution
Must have clear written and verbal communication skills.
