Part of the Reporting and Metrics team, responsible for the performance monitoring and measurement of the Level 3 operations organization.
Level 3 seeks Senior Business Intelligence Developer to work in Broomfield, CO Responsible for the performance monitoring and measurement of the Level 3 operations organization. Create repeatable and intuitive SQL server reports against organizational, group, and individual contributor performance measures to facilitate process and team improvement. Requirements include Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and five years of experience in position or related position where essential skills gained. Working knowledge of MS SQL Server (using T-SQL, ANSI/SQL development standards), SSRS, SSIS/DTS package development, Visual studio, Oracle 9i or better, tuning SQL applications in OLTP, OLAP and DSS/DW environments; MS SSAS, Cube, MDX, DMX, Database Development, and MS Office Suite; 3 years of experience with VB.Net, C# and/or application development; 4 years of experience in data mining, querying/accessing large data sets and developing key business reports and metrics. Liaise with multiple organizations to identify reporting and metric needs and requirements. 30 %
Create performance reports on install, change and disconnect orders as well as perform tasks, actions and revenue reporting. Reporting and metrics will be sourced from multiple order entry, workflow and inventory systems as well as supporting data marts / databases. 25 %
Support ad hoc requests and projects as requested by the supported organizations and teams. 15 %

Proficient in the following: Microsoft SQL Server (which uses the T-SQL ANSI/SQL development standards), SSRS (SQL Server Report Services), SSIS/DTS package development, Visual Studio, Oracle 9i or better. 2 - 3 years' experience with SSAS and cube development. 2 - 3 years' experience VB.NET, C# and/or application development. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point). 4+ years’ experience in data mining, querying / accessing large data sets and developing key business reports and metrics. Experienced in analyzing complex issues, distilling and communicating their relevant aspects. Efficient time management skills. Able to draw conclusions from research and analysis and determine next steps and course of action.
